How Do You Define Your Life?

Some say life is tragic

Some say life is a journey

Some say life is an adventure

Some say life is a marketplace

Yesterday, I said life is a mystery

Today, I say life is beautiful

It is so saddening how often we are so overwhelmed by the business of life; the ups and downs, the risks, trials and problems, disappointments and heartaches, that we eventually tend to overlook the beauty of creation and creatures.

We seem not to see the beauty of humanity and she world they lives in.

When was the last time you woke up very early at dawn only to watch as darkness gradually fades away until the appearance of some light that eventually shines so brightly?

How many times have you taken some time to watch as the lizard carefully digs the soil and cautiously lays her eggs and then cover them up?

When last did you take out time to watch how a spider spins its web?

Have you ever tried to understand how a seed (planted in the soil) gradually begins to bud, brings out leaves and grows into a very beautiful flower?

Why not take a moment today to observe how beautiful a flower is regardless of its expedition in the soil. Perhaps, this will help you see the beauty in creatures and creations and finally understand how beautiful life truly is.

This is a pointing factor to those who are faithless and those who have lost hope.

Have you ever seen a tree cut down very close to the root? At this point, its existence is almost negligible; but when it grows again, it grows stronger, bigger and more beautiful.

Do you sometimes sit down and observe the sky at nights? Do you realize the stars are brightest in the darkest nights? Do you see how beautifully the stars reappear, shinning so brightly like eager eyes, after a clouded sky? This always reminds and tells me that no matter what, God is watching over me. He knows the best for me, and that's HIS plan for me – the best.

It is time we reminded ourselves that no matter how dark the night is, there is always a very bright morning ahead; No matter how much pain a woman endures in labor, her happiness is immeasurable when she is delivered of her baby; no matter how battered a seed becomes in the belly of the earth, its flowers will still blossom magnificently; and no matter what happens to us, if we do not give up, we will always rise back more gloriously at the end.
